What to expect

🕤 9:30am — Welcome
Tea, coffee and informal networking to get settled and meet the room.

🎤 10:00am — Mini talk: Marketing Made Simple
A short, no-nonsense talk on what’s working in small business marketing right now — with real examples and simple ideas you can start using straight away.

🧠 10:15am – 12:15pm — 1:1 problem-solving sessions (Part 1)
Six attendees gets 20 minutes to talk through their challenge and get real-time help. You’ll learn just as much from listening to the others as you will in your own slot.

🥪 12:15pm – 1:15pm — Lunch break
A full hour to refuel, connect and carry on the conversations.

The Jolly Sailor does not serve food. You are welcome to bring your own food for lunch or purchase something from the local Parson's Bakery or Co-Op. Lunch is not provided but a bar tab is available for soft drinks, teas and coffees.

🧠 1:15pm – 2:55pm — 1:1 problem-solving sessions (Part 2)
We continue with the final four sessions, with time built in to reflect, take notes, or share ideas.

👋 2:55pm – 3:00pm — Wrap-up
A quick recap and final thoughts before you head back to work with a clear head and a fresh plan.
